I'm like a celebrity guest star today...

I've been invited to make a very exciting cameo appearance somewhere else today! The unbelievably funny, and unabashedly honest lady behind Life on Peanut Layne isn't feeling her best lately. She's written a little about what she's been going through in a special post, if you want to know more about that. It's awful. But, somehow she still manages to laugh through it anyway. She's like my idol.

She has worked hard to create a blog that is well-read and simply adored by so many. The bloggy troops were called in to keep the funny going until she starts to feel a little better again. I am one of these bloggy soldiers. Some of them are like the Mother Freaking Rambo's of funny. I'm probably more like Bubba Gump...but at least I'm trying, right?

My guest post is about a very "prestigious" new title that I've been working on for the last few years. So, how about you click on the link below and go read my Confessions of a Party Pooper...and show Ms. Layne some love while you're there...consider it your good deed for today! If you don't, I'm sending those Toy Story G.I. Joe guys after you...and you don't want that. Stepping on them really hurts...

  1. Funny! Toddlers are exhausting. I unfortunately am a party over-doer. Like - "Please leave - you are the last one here - you have to go - wait - can you please leave your wine glass here? It belongs to us. Okay - thank you. Now buh-bye." My husband is a party pooper. We have lots of fun very quiet aside conversations at parties that I hope no one has ever heard. ;)

    1. That's hilarious ;) There should totally be "To Go" cups to bring home left over wine in! Quiet fights in public are the best, right?!...

  2. Jen, you're the funniest and classiest blogger I 'know'! I think you are more like a 4 star General in the Army (I chose that military branch cuz they dont mess around) of Mrs. Layne's troops. Actually, maybe I should read your post before blowing up your ego ;)
